At EasyLVN, we’re all about building things yourself, and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if your item is:

Unused
Unassembled
In its original condition with all parts included

Just email us at info@shopeasylvn.com, and we’ll walk you through the process.

Before You Start Building

Because our products are DIY, we’re not able to accept returns once assembly has started.

We recommend checking all parts when your order arrives and reaching out if anything looks off, we’re happy to help before you begin.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right when your order arrives, we’ve got you covered.

We’ll take care of it, whether that means sending replacement parts or issuing a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
If the issue was our mistake (damage or incorrect item), we’ll cover it

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you’d like a different item, you can return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship.
Once shipped, they fall under this return policy.
